"Thank you Burton. Hey everybody. Let's say hello to this strangely dressed person over here on my right (insert contestant's name). Now say hello to this strangely dressed person over here on my left (insert contestant's name). Come on over here, you guys. Now these two have been shopping on our street here and are wearing clues to help their teammates whom they'll meet for the first time, to compete for fabulous prizes when we return right after this." - Ron Pearson at the start of the show (1)

Now say hello to this strangely dressed person over here on my left (insert contestant's name). Come on over here, you guys. Now we flipped a coin backstage and we decided that (player #1)'s team will start. So will see you and your teammate a little while later. "By the way, (player #1) and his/her opponent brought in these clue without any knowledge/knowing what the stores are today. So let's hope your teammate draw all the right conclusions." - Ron Pearson

"And now, here to show you what the stores are today, especially chosen from our studio audience the (insert adjectives)... Denise/Dennis Du Jour." - Ron Pearson (when it's time to explain the game's stores)

"Now when your partner comes out from isolation backstage, you may not communicate to him/her by word or by gesture. So we want you to freeze in a pose (as if you were a statue on the town square) that can also be a clue. Do you have something in mind? Are you ready? 1, 2, 3, STRIKE A POSE!" - Ron Pearson (about making the pose)

"Now when your partner comes out from isolation backstage, you may not communicate to him/her by word or by gesture but it's okay to say hello." - Ron Pearson

"Well you never met (insert player) before, but in a minute you'll be shopping for him/her. So we want you to look him/her over and see what you can learn. You have 20 seconds, tell us what you see." - Ron Pearson (at the start of the 20 second analyzation)

"Okay, fair enough." - Ron Pearson (at the end of the 20 second analyzation)

"(insert player), you are released from your pose. So go ahead and step off the pedestal." - Ron Pearson

"When the clock starts, your job is to run to the first store and pick the item that you think (insert player) picked. When you do, bring it back here, hold it up for the judge. If you're right, you can drop this item into our shopping bag and go to the next store. If your wrong, as a penalty, you must stay here and listen to a clue to the right item. When you've picked all the items that (insert player) had picked from each of the six stores, we're gonna stop the clock. But you're gonna need to move fast because later the other team's gonna be out here trying to do it even quicker. The team that does this the fastest is the winner." - Ron Pearson (about the shopping part of the game)

"Your job is to run to each of the six stores and pick out the items that (insert player) picked. If your wrong, as a penalty, you must stay here and listen to a clue to the right item. When you're finished, the other team's gonna be out here trying to do it even quicker." - Ron Pearson (abbreviated description of the shopping part of the game)

"Okay, let's light up the stores." - Ron Pearson (at the start of the shopping part)

"On you mark, get set, GO SHOPPING!" - Ron Pearson (starting the clock)

"The important thing is that you gotta do it in less time than it took (team #1) to do it in, which was (insert time) to win the game. Now the winner will get some terrific prizes but more importantly gets to go on to the Birthday Party, where thousands of dollars in cash & prizes can be won." - Ron Pearson (explaining the how to win the game)

"When we come back, we'll all go to the Birthday Party, it's not your Birthday Party but you guys may be going home with all the loot. We'll see, right after this." - Ron Pearson announcement of the commercial break before the Birthday Party

"Now before the Birthday Party where you can win a fabulous trip and a $1,000 shopping spree, I'm gonna give you a chance/the opportunity to double the amount of that spree, if you win the game right here. A game we like to call, Denise/Dennis Du Jour's Double-Up Derby. If you win, not only do we double your spree, but Denise/Dennis will also get a terrific prize for him/herself, to add to her salary of $100. Now before the show, Denise/Dennis chose an item s/he wanted from the (insert store choice) store. All you have to do is decide between the two of you, which item it is that Denise/Dennis picked. Now you don't know anything about Denise/Dennis, and s/he's not wearing any clues to help you. But here's another chance to look him/her over, while Burton tells us more about him/her. Go ahead, Burton." - Ron Pearson explaining the Double-Up Derby (1)

"You're going with this one right here. Alright, show us what Denise/Dennis picked." - Ron Pearson (before the reveal)

"When we come back, you two/guys we'll/are gonna be playing for a fabulous trip and (now) a $1,000/$2,000 shopping spree, at the Birthday Party, right after this." - Ron Pearson announcing the final commercial break

"Well, we're back. Now you two have come a long way to get to this spot, but catch your breath because you guys may be traveling a whole a lot further. Right Burton?" - Ron Pearson asking about the grand prizes

"But what fun is a shopping spree in (insert trip) with no money? So here's $1,000 in cash for each of you!" - Burton Richardson (if the team lost the Double-Up Derby)

"But what fun is a shopping spree in (insert trip) with no money? Well because you won the Double-Up Derby, here's $2,000 in cash for each of you!" - Burton Richardson (if the team won the Double-Up Derby)

"And that's for each of you two and a guest, if you win... AT THE BIRTHDAY PARTY!" - Ron Pearson cuing the bonus round

"And now let's go... TO THE BIRTHDAY PARTY!" - Ron Pearson's abbreviated version of cuing the bonus round

"See I told you there's a birthday party. Now this is a party for seven different famous guests of honor. And you two are going to shop, wrap and deliver a gangbuster gift for each one of them. Now if the seven celebrities accept their gifts within 75 seconds, that's one minute and fifteen seconds, you'll win (insert trip)." - Ron Pearson explaining the basics of the Birthday Party
