Jenny Jones (born Janina Stronski; June 7, 1946) is a Canadian-American stand-up comedian, game show contestant and talk show host.

She was born in Jerusalem in 1946 and later moved with her family to Italy, and finally to Canada where she and her Polish parents stayed for good.

When Jenny went state side, she changed her name and started her career as a drummer in a rock band. Later she was a contestant on The Price is Right in 1979, Match Game in 1981 and finally on Press Your Luck in 1985. Shortly after her brief game show contestant career, Jenny broke into stand-up comedy. She even signed up to be a contestant on Star Search and gone on to win. Her popularity grew & grew and it even lead to more TV appearances before she got a successful 12 year run as the host of her nationally syndicated talk show.

Jenny Jones had three failed marriages; her first, in 1969, was annulled that year. She married Al Gambino, a musician, in 1970; they divorced in 1972. Jones married Buz Wilburn (a record marketing executive) in 1973; they divorced in 1980. She's currently in a long-term relationship with Denis McCallion, who works as a film location manager.

Even though she misses doing television and despite receiving several offers, Jenny is happy being on the Internet.
