In the Fall of 2021, Ginger Fox Games released new board game and card game versions of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? which features digital lifelines which can be downloaded to your IPhone by scanning the barcode. also, board and card game versions were released in the United Kingdom based on the UK versions.

In 2018, Disney released a skill game version of Millionaire for the Amazon Alexa where you get to climb into the hot seat and attempt to climb the money tree by answering questions, from $500 to $1,000,000 and use lifelines whenever you are stuck on a question. New questions are added every day; it was re-released by Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2020 after the Jimmy Kimmel-hosted ABC primetime version went to air.
